Do your dentists speak English?
Yes. Our team can explain your diagnosis, options and costs in English, and we put every treatment plan in writing so you can review it at your own pace.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first examination and consultation are free. If you need X-rays or a 3D scan, we tell you the cost before taking them.
Are the prices on the website final?
They are our standard starting prices. Your final price depends on your teeth and the materials you choose, and you always receive a written quote before treatment begins.
How long do I need to stay in Ho Chi Minh City?
It depends on the treatment. Cleaning, fillings and whitening take one visit. Crowns and veneers usually take 3–5 working days. Implants usually need two trips a few months apart. Message us and we will suggest a timeline for your case.
What warranty do you offer?
Crowns, bridges and implants come with a written warranty card. The warranty period depends on the material you choose, and implant warranties follow the manufacturer’s terms. Your dentist explains the warranty before treatment.
How do I pay?
Prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND). Ask our team about the payment methods available when you book.
Where is the clinic?
We are on the 3rd floor at 118 Ho Ba Kien Street, Hoa Hung Ward (formerly District 10), Ho Chi Minh City. Most taxis and Grab drivers know the street.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. We are closed on Sundays.
